The phrases "everlasting life" and "eternal life" come from two Greek words, the adjective, aionios (αἰώνιος), which doesn't really mean "eternal," and the noun, zoe (ζωή), a word meaning "living" both in the sense of existence and "making a living." Jesus uses these words together
Gary, permit me to respond an alternate way. My “mission” is clearly stated at the top of my Substack: “Random observations of societal evolution with an occasional emphasis on truth decay.” If you peruse the contents you’ll find entries like “Why doesn’t God heal me?”, “Overcoming the world.”. “The triple point of water.” and a few others all pointing to Christ. I think you’ll find them compelling. They have been very well received and touched people where they were hurting. Alas, if you still don’t see it, I’ll understand. Either way, I’ll still be following you. The Lord will give the increase. …Jim
I hope you don't think that I am critical of your work. I read the "heal me" article, but as someone who the Divine has healed, from a couple of cancers, strokes, etc. the question never occurs to me.
Thank you Gary. Presently it contains my past writings and short stories with theological musings mixed in. This is purposeful as I feel for me that the Lord is calling me to appeal to a larger audience without compromising His truth, which I believe I have accomplished. For most of my life I have “rebelled” against expected methods of publishing. In my view it’s permissible and even refreshing to be a little like Readers Digest so long as, again, the message of the cross is not compromised. I have lots to say about many things. Blessings to you!
Keep writing. The diary is too much, but you have a good point of view.
Hello, I am enjoying your work. Hope you will unite with me as a brother in Christ and check out my Substack.
Thank you for your kind words. Send me a link!

Greetings Gary. Just wondered if you’ve had the occasion to peruse my Substack. Would love to build a network of like minded writers.
Hi: I have looked at your posts, but I don't understand you mission. If there is a common message, I can't see it.
